Attorney Davis was born and raised in the sunny city of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She attended Florida State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master of Business Administration in 2008. She went on to earn a Juris Doctorate from Tulane Law School in New Orleans, LA in 2015.

Prior to entering private practice, Attorney Davis worked in Fulton County as an Assistant Public Defender for the Georgia Public Defender Council. Thereafter, she worked as a Senior Staff Attorney for Fulton County Superior Court where she was the principal contact for civil matters in the division.
